This is a serve we curated with Pepsi Max to showcase the versatility of the drink within cocktails.

Fika is a Swedish tradition where people take a break from every day tasks and have an afternoon of hanging out with friends with a coffee, cake and their favourite snacks. To incorporate this tradition into the drink we took aspects of all the basics of a Fika to make this delicious libation.

This week is all about one spirit... Tequila! 🍹

To kickstart your Margarita Day this year lets delve into the world of Margaritas, let us introduce to you this twist on a Tommy's Marg.

~Summer Senorita~
50ml Mezcal (we recommend )
25ml Agave
30ml Mango & Chilli Puree*
20ml Lime Juice
Pour into a rocks glass over ice.
To garnish, rub a lime wedge down the side of your glass and dip into a mixture of sea salt and chilli flakes.
Enjoy!

*Mango & Chilli Puree 🌶🥭
Chop equal parts fresh mango & red chillies (red chillies give you a great golden colour)
Blend together
Add a squeeze of lime to keep fresher for longer
Keep in a jar in the fridge.
