Photos from Phase 2 of our loft conversion project in Leeds. We re-roofed the entire property and the adjacent one with new tiles to match. The brickwork on the gable was extended to align with the roof pitch, and the dormer was tiled with Rosemary tiles. We are currently applying the final touches inside and will share photos once the project is fully complete.

For this project, we completely removed the existing roof and roof structure, installing a new ridge beam along with a new roof structure that includes a rear dormer. We also added a new staircase to access the newly converted loft area, which now features a spacious bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.
