TLC - LVT English Oak Small Parquet
Front room hall and w/c. Back at some point to add on the play room. With border and black feature strip. I also turned the parquet in the cupboard.

Adding a hall onto the front room which has been set out from the middle of the hall. Uplifting the old Amtico ready for the new tiles.

TLC - LVT New Golden Oak Small Parquet through in one. Fitted on 5.5mm flooring grade ply after uplifting an Amtico floor. I then fitted new skirting from Howdens. This is due to be decorated. Hambleton Selby.

TLC - LVT added new colours, plank and parquet sizes.
This is the English Oak (Blushed Oak) with a border and black feature strip.
The job was set up in the middle of the hall. At some point I will be back to remove the border from the doorway and continue into the hall and w/c.

An existing client moved from South Milford to Barlow Selby they wanted something hardwearing for the hall and front room. Just completed the hall in TLC - LVT Barnwood Oak (used to be Enriched Oak) with a border and feature strips on 5mm screed, back to do the plates from Stairrods UK Ltd this week then the front room will be added on at a later date.

A massive thank you to RS Electrical Services for the recommendation.

After 3 weeks including two weekends. Final pictures 75 sq:M through in one in five areas, three areas leveled up 15mm using ply and screed. Sherburn in Elmet Premier Plates at the back and front doors Sollid Brass 37 mm lips to finish off and hide the expansion gap which had to be increassed all the way round due to the size/length of the job from Stairrods UK Ltd.
I will attempt to put some pictures on when the joinery work, skirting, kickboards etc are fitted.

Joining on a third area.

After discovering they built the entire kitchen on a laminate floor. There was a lot of prep work with this Sierra Southwold, Large Parquet, Wetherby.

Started this installation in 2017 South Milford. We were then was back a couple of years ago to do the utility and w/c and now I’m back to add on the hall and new extension. Nova Washed Oak Large Herringbone pictures to follow.

First job of 2024

After two weeks of prep (including drying times) 49.5 bags of screed (the prep is on a previous post dated 17th Jan) 3 days of fitting and a very patient client 🙏- Final pictures TLC - LVT Enriched Oak with a brushed Chrome door plate from Stairrods UK Ltd.

Floor Preparation
Never seen anything like it. Five layers (give or take) of screed fitter over the top of blown screed
Pictures in reverse. A good few days uplift. I filled a mini skip then 49 bags of screed later (installed in two visits), finally ready for some TLC - LVT Enriched Oak parquet with border and black feature strip. Pictures to follow.
