Line cut for the old surround to be pulled out and not to damaged any remaining tiles which was a success thatβs why you hire a pro we know what to do ππ»ππ» the customer made an attempt to prepare the shower but it was not up to my standards fair play for giving it a go but if weβre doing a job letβs do it right form the get go ππ»ππ» re boarded parts with 12mm even glued it back screwed and washers then primed up and tanked out . Made a change tiling with hexagons they always seem sizey tiles but as you can see the end results well worth it and the customer who had a problem with there shower surround now has a nice feature in the bathroom so winner winner ππ»ππ» materials from .andrewsandsons using adhesive and grout
Might not look much but there has been some graft in this one βπ» let me start and tell you tiles removed bed removed work top grinded down so free from debris and also to give it a right good key π for the prime grip from went to get these stunning 1mx1m marble effect from .andrewsandsons dry cut in base tiles then cut trims to size and had to cut out the back to allow the trim to bend to the curve not only did I bend both ends also bent the trims for the up stands also so definitely not sharpe edges especially with this been a very public commercial building so no blame no claim π always nice to test the skills from time to time . Been this morning to mastic up about done now π«‘

Sometimes you just Have to bust the tilers dance out no matter where you are !! Even a little sing song as well . Well done there will be many a tilers dance been busted out to 3 lions song in the coming days
What a difference a day makes morning chopping up old tiles cleaning the base priming . Dry cut a bit in mix and fix π helping the client get back to a more cottage feeling ππ» used also grout the usual combination all materials from .andrewsandsons used throughout.
Big thanks to .uk this was a patch up job so used what i know is bullet proof in these situations. Raked out old grout itβs old tiling and has been attempted to be replaced in the past but not great . So raked out the iffy manky grout applied the p30 white epoxy and came back the very next morning peeled the excess which as you can see is very satisfying then set about re sealing the shower tray and putting extra where screen is so there are no further issues for the old couple.
This was funny π€£ the spike show was not fitted correctly could of been even funnier but we will take that until next time lol struggleisreal
From last Friday me and ste removed carpet grips cleaned and primed floor . Tiled with rapid grouted with natural grey from fixed with rapid adhesive once grout set sealed up skirts ect what a difference a day makes ππ»ππ» used as always all materials from .andrewsandsons

New tiling meeting old tiling 2
Different sizes so cant flow straight through we@did what we could with what we had and it doesnβt look odour of place either back to site tomorrow all materials from tiles from .andrewsandsons and mid grey grout was used

Well had to re bed couple of tiles when I came back to this porch today . Postman put his foot right in it lol π to be fair I totally forgot to barricade it off never mind no one was harmed . And still in good spirits from trade morning . The tiles are@from and seacroft tiles stuck with and grouted using . Nice to meet some new and familiar faces at the trade morning ππ»ππ»
