I’m currently sertraline free, coming down from 100mg was a…ride - but I feel a bit more human now and it’s actually quite liberating being able to cry again 🤣not to say I will be free of meds forever but I have a few mindful strategies now to navigate when my brain is going on overdrive and to avoid my more destructive ‘self help’ patterns!

I do stock a couple of notepads too! One in a 10x10 memo pad style and the other a longer ‘to do list’ style notepad! You can never have enough spooky cute stationery bits can you?!

One of my favourite bands and favourite sticker sets too 💓 I don’t think I’d actually be able to choose my all time fav Paramore song, last hope is absolutely up there and is one of my comfort songs when I feel a bit sh*tty - 10/10 recommend.

I’ve felt very out of sorts the past couple of weeks - any astrology girlies know if there’s a reason why? I’ve seen a few people posting that they just feel a bit crappy.

On top of low mood, I feel like I’m outside of myself looking in - I can hear myself speaking but my mind can’t process it quick enough and I’m coming away from conversations just feeling completely spaced out. The self loathing is really out in full force at the moment too - I’m really missing the FUN in dysfunctional right now 🤣 maybe there were bonuses to being unhealed and unhinged (i jk that wasn’t fun either)

These three little mental health stickers resonate with me today! Went to see bluey‘s big play which was fab but how am i the one that has come away massively overstimulated and my 5 -year-old is just rocking it?!

I’ve had a very long bath with my headphones still in (not an ad) put some candles on and just tapped out. My husband has probably asked me two or three times today whether I wanted a bath (my happy place) as he could see me about to dive right into the ultra stress pond - each time I said no. It’s like I had to let myself come to terms with the fact it wasn’t a demand but coming from a place of care before i accepted and jumped in! Instead of drowning in guilt that I wouldn’t be present, I had to relent and accept I needed it to reconfigure so I can be there for story and bedtime 💗

My stickers are usually a bit silly and funny and lighthearted but it is my (and so many other people’s) reality! Wish I could catch myself as well as he does sometimes but every day is a learning day isn’t it?!

I’ve only got a couple of each of these left, I sold way more than expected at the expo but they don’t seem to sell very well online 🤷🏻‍♀️ if you’re an elder emo, a teenage dirtbag or having a bit of a panic with no disco - get these badges whilst you can!

I’ve reworked some of my Bad Omens stickers and I’m so happy with them - they were the first band stickers I did and I’ll probably add some more in the future to the collection 💗 available on the website now and will be on Etsy shortly.
