What an amazing two weeks at Leeds Digital Festival! We’re so grateful to everyone who joined us for these events. Here’s a quick recap:

1. We started strong with Matt’s workshop on "The Hidden Impact of Websites: Building a Greener Digital World." 🌍 Thank you to everyone who attended! We hope you left with actionable tips for embracing a carbon-conscious approach to website design.

2. Sam joined the panel at Sustainable Storytelling Live, where we discussed how businesses can move beyond greenwashing and adopt genuine, sustainable practices. Huge thanks to the Halston Group for having us – it was a fantastic conversation on how collaboration can drive real change.

3. Matt took the stage at the Leeds Digital Careers Fair, and what a turnout we had! We’ve received such great feedback and hope we inspired everyone to think about sustainability in their roles - because every job can be a green job!

4. Sam also joined the "Resilience in Tech: Resilience Strategies for Tech Professionals" panel at Holy Trinity Boar Lane to share practical tips for building resilience, managing stress, and achieving a balanced career in tech.

5. Finally, we finished off the festival with our fifth GreenTech Gathering last Thursday! A big thank you to everyone who attended - we hope you made valuable connections and left feeling inspired. Shout-out to our amazing partners AD:VENTURE, and PocketWorks - for helping us make it all happen. And of course, a HUGE thank you to Parallax for hosting us and serving up a delicious spread!

We're looking for someone who thrives in a highly collaborative environment, working alongside a bunch of other creatives to create sustainable & accessible digital solutions.

Who You Are:
✅ 1.5+ years of experience in digital design, UI/UX & branding.
✅ Proficiency in design software such as Figma & Adobe CC.
✅ Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
✅ A keen eye for detail.

The BIMA Awards are the UK's longest-standing and most prestigious digital and tech awards, recognising work in British creative and tech that pushes boundaries and delivers impactful results across business, culture, and society.
