Todays job - making some spotty veiling with heart shaped pearls for a bridal piece I am making .

Flower making this morning and managed to create another job for myself by melting my shaping bag!!! .

How lovely do Fiona and Susanne look, both commissioned for a December wedding, and we kept them secret from each other so it was a surprise for them both on the day - even though the came together for the first appointment 😂

When your bestie has the big C (🤬🤬🤬) and a family wedding in between her last chemo and her operation - cue making a fabulous headpiece on a turban base - wigs were just not an option she didn’t like how they felt / looked. All last minute as the big C being unpredictable it was close whether she would be able to go. She looks amazing so super proud of her and how she is facing this full on. Found from a routine mammogram - so check your melons ladies and make sure you go to every appointment offered.

Working on a commission for a special lady today - something a bit new for me so a bit of learning curve - should be fun. .

It’s an Elphaba kind of day in the studio this morning, during Green again (anyone would think it is the colour of the season!) .

Time to do a bit of dyeing - using old skool colours - they did so many different colours in these little tins gutted they no longer do them the colours seem much more concentrated too .

When your 96 year old client picks the brightest f**k off pink for her headpiece matches her dress perfectly. She is going to rock this wedding. The photo doesn’t even look as bright as it is! .

When your customer is a fabulous 96 year old lady - you go to her! Great fun yesterday took several pieces to try and all my colour charts and when I got there Rosina was all dressed up in her outfit for the wedding, she was the belle of the ball without leaving the care home - also I want what ever she is having as she is rapid on her walker racing me down the corridor.

How fabulous do Adele and her daughter Imogen look ….. so beautiful. We reworked Adele’s hat to compliment her outfit perfectly.

Love getting client photo’s but can’t lie this one is making me jealous and longing for some sunshine - beautiful ladies, beautiful setting (Dubai) how fabulous do they look?

Reworking a clients existing hat as the base for this piece, we changed the band, feathers and added the sparkles to make it a really statement piece - I forgot to take a picture of the how it was - scroll for the dress sparkles we used for inspo .
