Introducing the Accessible Space at Chapel Allerton Arts Festival for 2024.

This area is for people with additional needs/disabilities (and carers).

Talk to a steward if you would like support accessing the area.

Please be mindful that not all disabilities are visible.

The easiest entry to the accessible area is via the Woodland Lane/stage entrance to the Festival.

Ally and Lucy will be running the Little Seedlings Hub, Open Play session during the Chapel Allerton Arts Festival. This is free play and will be on Saturday 31, from 11-3pm.

The Hub provides open-ended, natural play for all children from birth-5 years old, including messy and non messy play and tea and coffee for adults.

All play during the Arts Festival will be free-play for the 4 hours and families are welcome to stay as little or as long as they like at no charge!

Are you ready for the Chapel Allerton Arts Trail?
This weekend, 17 and 18 of August, sees Artists across Chapel Allerton open up their homes and studios for you to come and see what they've been working on this year! The art trail runs from 11 - 5pm each day and there will be a series of talks and process demonstrations across the weekend too - see the programme for details of times!

Free Secure Pop-Up Bike Parking
Sat 31st Aug, 10am – 4pm.
Cycle to the Festival and leave your bike in safe hands. Leeds Cycling Campaign are bringing bike ‘toast rack’ stands and we will be there all day to watch over your bike. Bring your own lock. Space for 12 – 14 bikes at any one time. We will be next to the Willow Tree (Stainbeck Lane/Harrogate Road junction).
There will also be police Bike Registration marking from 10am – 3pm. Get your bike registered and security marked for free.

Our wristbands go live tomorrow morning!
£8 donation gets you a wristband giving you access to the festival all weekend. Or getting a wristband and two drink tokens for £16 will save you money at the bar!
Ordered wristbands and tokens can be collected from Chirpy, Leeds (148 Harrogate Road) from Wednesday 21 August to Thursday 29 August and then on the Harrogate Road entry gate on the festival weekend.
Remember, you don’t need a wristband you can donate on the gate!

Saturday 31 August in the afternoon on the main stage at Chapel Allerton Arts Festival promises to be a high energy, joyful celebration of music and community! Join us between 12:45 - 5pm.

Make sure you're there to see Simon and Tim, Roundhay Ukelele Group, Alligator Gumbo, Tessa Smith with the Chapel Allerton Choir, Ushingi Community Music and LUKA!

Alligator Gumbo will be taking part in the parade accompanied by (leaving at 2.10pm from Well Lane).

Ushingi's performance is generously supported by Leeds City Council Inner North East Community Committee!

We have a great mix of bands and solo artists who have been performing at a range of festivals this summer, have been featured on BBC Music Introducing and BBC Radio Leeds and won battle of the bands!! It should be a storming set - we can't wait!!
