He's been doing this ages now and we look forward to which recipe he's picked each week. He's done everything from Uttapam for breakfast, lunch dishes with paneer skewers and home made naan, curries and all the sides for dinner... the list goes on!

Get a taste of summer with Minal’s spiced BBQ marinade 🔥 It’s amazing on paneer, veggies like peppers and mushrooms, tofu or whatever you’re sticking on the barbecue 👏🏽
Blitz up a few cloves of garlic with two fresh green chilli and a chunk of ginger. Add to a bowl with salt, a heaped tsp each of dried coriander, cumin powder and garam masala, a pinch of turmeric, a tbsp of gram flour, a handful of fresh coriander and the juice of half a lime.
Give it a good mix and get marinating!
