Stout season has arrived! We’re pouring x newest collab beer ‘Northern Rising’

Craft brewed with Northern pride and swirling with smooth, dark, malty flavours.

This year’s green hop harvest has arrived here at Whitelock’s! We’ve got a lovely selection of green-hopped beers that will be coming onto the bar over the next few days.

If Turkey at Christmas, is not your thing, this years festive menu has plenty of tasty alternatives for you. The braised beef cheeks served with horseradish mash, seasonal greens, porter and onion gravy and crispy shallots is the perfect warming wintery dish.

All the nostalgic notes of the great best bitters that came before. Solid malt back bone gives way to Celeia hops and for that all important bittering, First gold.

The menu elebrates the season’s finest produce, blending rich, earthy flavours with vibrant colours and playful dishes. The finale of the menu is a playful take on a classic autumnal dessert, an apple crumble like you have never seen it before.

Last nights Dinner Club was a celebration of friendship. 🥰

Life long friends Whitelock’s Head Chef Seb & Stuzzi Chef Liz cooked a six course tasting menu celebrating their shared love of food and a lifetime of adventure together.

A great time had by all as you can see!

We’ll be releasing details of next months Dinner Club soon.

Last week some of our team headed over to our friends to brew a special beer as part of their ‘Patrons Projects’.

A great day was had by all as you can see, we can’t wait to share the results, this one is a beauty.
