Pam Fearnley Pilates classes for beginners, intermediate and advanced levels available in small classes or one to one.

Classes are also available for pre and post natal and the active older adult. Pilates is for everyone interested in improving the way they look, feel and move. Practising regularly will help:

Great class last night at Royds Mill using weights! Well done ladies you worked really hard whilst still having fun !

It’s important to incorporate an element of weight training into your exercise regime to strengthen muscles. Inactivity can lead to a decrease in muscle strength at a rate of approximately one to three per cent a day.

Join us on Thursday at 6pm for a fun workout to keep your muscles active and strong!

Loss of muscle mass and strength as you age can put you at a higher risk of immobility, more frequent falls and make daily activities difficult. So it is important to take active steps to build muscle strength.
That’s what my classes are doing over the next few weeks. We are incorporating weights into our regular pilates exercise regime. Come and join us at Croft House, Tuesday 4-5 and Royds Mill, Thursday, 6-7. For further info email me at [email protected]

Tonights 6pm class at Royds Mill was Barre Pilates ! A combination of ballet and pilates (no experience necessary!) This fabulous exercise is great for toning thighs and shoulders, for strengthening the core including the muscles of the pelvic floor as well as a number of other benefits !

Ladies you did really well tonight and you had no idea what you were letting yourself in for ! 😁

Tonight was Mindful Pilates at Royds Mill. Dimmed lights, relaxing music! Everyone was very chilled ! You are still working even when chilled !

Lovely class today at Royds Mill. We spent some time on moving or shoulders tonight. Drawing them down into our back pockets. Thank you Jane for helping me demonstrate and Mariah for encouraging everybody with the cues ! Pilates is not just about moving your arms, it’s about using the correct muscles to move the arms !
