As we told you back in March, live shopping ceased on Facebook but you can still sell directly through the platform using your Facebook shop. Perform an audit to make sure you're maximising sales!

YouTube is set to depreciate its stories format this month. Starting on the 26th June, the option to create a new YouTube Story will no longer be available. Stories that are already live on that date will expire 7 days after they were originally shared.
Let's face it though, it's all about the shorts and the community posts!
Whilst we love the latest technology here at Famous Wolf and we embrace some aspects of the AI revolution there are some challenges to AI that you may want to keep in mind if you're about to put all your eggs in one basket!
1. Copyright and I.P issues - AI relies on pre-existing content to produce your work for you which could infringe copyright laws and put you in a sticky situation that no-one wants to be in!
2. Lack of creativity - again, A.I relies on data and content that already exists so the work it produces for you may not make you stand out from the crowd!
3. Overuse - Overusing AI tools can result in overly uniformed content, as well as a loss of originality and authenticity, which can damage the influencer and the brands in the long run.
4. AI hallucinates! If you haven't heard about the legal team that used A.I Chat-GPT to put their brief together in a claim case you may want to read that out and learn from their lesson first! Don't rely so heavily on AI to do the work without at the very least, fact-checking what they produce for you, including the sources!

There are no magic wands in social media; it's all learning, nurturing and growing. Adapting with the changes and the latest trends but also making sure you stand out from the crowd and the only way to do that is by being your true authentic self.

2 of the most common problems our small business clients face are:
1. "I don't have time to keep posting consistently."
and
2. "I don't know what to post."
If you fall into either or both of these categories, we've got some hints and tips for you lucky lot!
If your goal is growth - Don't worry about posting every single day! Even if you're only posting once a week to begin with, it's just about consistency. UNLESS you're on Tik-Tok, then please be prepared to be posting at least twice a day every day from the beginning! Tik-Tok is a bigger commitment than marriage!
And also, remember to be super responsive to any comments, no-one likes to be ignored!
Even the most creative content agencies stumble upon a brick wall from time to time. If you're struggling to know what to post, there's nothing more intriguing than what goes on behind closed doors, so record that picture being painted (not just the end product!). The audience like you to take them on the journey of your creations.
Maybe take a picture of when something's not quite gone to plan; there's nothing more entertaining than seeing when a professional doesn't always get it right. Being relatable, being human, there's no better way than to engage your audience because they feel like they're getting to know the real you.
We all know the aim is to be at the top of page 1, but do you know how to get there? We have a LOT of calls from clients asking if they can pay us to be ranked #1 - Listen up people, this isn't how it works!
Done right and carefully managed by professionals, Ad campaigns WILL work, BUT you need to be prepared; this doesn't happen overnight or in the space of a week.
Ad campaigns and being ranked #1 is a long and winding road; you will need patience and perseverance, so if you haven't got both of those attributes, you will always be on page 10000000000!
A NEW META PLATFORM!! Yes, that's right, you heard us, a new social media platform! Barcelona will be Meta's latest and newest member of its family, bringing with it a Twitter chat style with an Instagram slant. We can't wait for this 1 - set to launch this Summer!

Let's talk LinkedIn. With at least 924 million users worldwide, it's time to stand out! Don't panic, if you don't know where to start we've got you! We've put together a few hints, tips and tricks to help you out and get you started! If you've already got your profile sorted, it's worth checking these out to make sure you're looking your best.

1. As always, regularity is key. For LinkedIn specifically aim for 1 - 3 posts per week (minimum of 18 hours between posts).
2. Choose your times and day's wisely, these are the best (remember tip 1 β¬οΈ): Monday 9am - 12pm, Tuesday 8am - 11.30am, Wednesday 9am - 12pm, Thursday 8am - 11.30am, Friday 12pm - 2pm, Saturday 9am - 12pm, Sunday 12pm - 2pm
3. LinkedIn doesn't like too many hasthags; no need for all that over here! Minimum of 2, maximum of 6.
4.Don't comment on your own posts to begin within, once you've got a FEW comments, then go ahead, engage away (reply within 12 hours)!
5. Don't mention more than 15 accounts per post.
6. Everyone loves an emoji but LinkedIn doesn't like any more than 10 per post and no more than 4 per line.
7. LinkedIn likes to see what you have to say but it doesn't want you to waffle on, so keep the text between 1200 - 1800.
A lot of potential clients we meet have a misconception that their organic content will bring leads to their door. If we can teach you anything here at Famous Wolf, remember this......YOUR ORGANIC CONTENT IS NOT FOR GENERATING LEADS! If it's leads you're looking for, it's ads you need!
Organic content = building brand
Ads = Generating leads

Why aren't I growing?!
It's a common question; whether that's personal brand following you're trying to grow or brand awareness, if you're actively trying and still not growing, let us give you a little helping hand with some questions you need to ask yourself:
1. SWITCH! Switch places with your audience. If you had landed on your page, would YOU follow you? WHY would someone follow you?
2. Your content - what has had the most views/engagement?
3. Are you focusing too much on your content strategy and not enough on your engagement strategy? It's called SOCIAL media for a reason!
4. Do you need to adjust the quantity/quality of your content?
If you feel like you've tried everything and you're still not growing, ask the experts (like us!) to delve deeper with an audit and some consultancy time.
