We can finally announce that our Pilates (Beginners) classes will officially start on Monday 24th June!
To begin with, there will be 3 classes per week:
- Monday 12:15 - 1pm
- Tuesday 5:15 - 6pm
- Saturday 8:15 - 9am
In this 45-minute class, your coach Hector will teach you the fundamentals of mat Pilates. Improving core strength, coordination and stability.
As a member (excluding off-peak memberships), you will get 1 free class credit per month. If you wish to do more, you can purchase discounted credit packs in the shop section of your member’s area.
To celebrate, we’re pre-launching with 3 classes on Saturday 22nd at 9am/ 10am/ 11am.
Plus, these classes don’t count towards your credit allowance!

We’ll be closing the downstairs area of the gym on 04/02 from 12 - 6pm for our Condition Lifting Competition!
The top floor will still be open for use all day.
Even if you’re not taking part in the competition, feel free to come watch and support. We’ll be opening up the doors to everyone, not just members, who want to come and support our competitors.
Spectators need to arrive by 12.30pm.

The lifts will be
* Barbell Back Squat
* Barbell Bench Press
* Barbell Deadlift
Rules & Regulations
* You have three attempts at each lift to score your highest total weight
* Your total weight will be entered into the Wilks Calculator with the highest score winning
* Equipment allowed; knee sleeves, lifting shoes, wrist wraps, belt, lifting straps
* Squat to parallel or below
* Bench press has to be held still until the referee commands “press”
* No hitching on deadlift

£10 entry fee, with this you will have access to an 8 week programme that you can use in the lead up.
To secure your place in the competition please pay entry fee at the front desk.
The last day to enter is December 31st but limited spaces to act fast!
Our Barbell club offers an environment for all levels and teaches compound movements for upper and lower body using only barbells.
There to help build confidence and perfect form and with a maximum of 6 people in each class, you’ll get personal coaching from our coaches Aimee & Hector.
