We now have some space in our Mini Tots sessions. Children aged 18 months to 4 years old. Training is 9:15am on a Saturday.

Joe I’Anson’s Middleton Park team took on their first challenge of preseason yesterday, fielding 22 different players throughout the game.

The side won the game 2-1 with a goal in the first half from Hefin Treloar and one in the second half from Jordan Webster.

Middleton controlled most of the game but conceded with 20 minutes to go after switching off and letting an unmarked player run through and slot home.

Middleton Park FC took 3 Under 9’s teams to the Wakefield City JFC Gala and we are pleased to announce one of the Greens teams went and won it!! Well done to you all!! The Whites team got to the semi finals and were beat by the Greens team who won the gals and the other Greens team got to the quarter finals! Great results for all the teams involved! This weekend we celebrated 3 out of our 5 Annual Middleton Park FC Football Presentations! As a club we would like to congratulate all our children that play for us in receiving their trophy and to those that managed to win one of our big trophies. Thank you to everyone who has helped make this happen - it’s not easy planning and delivering 5 presentations! I have been doing some sorting today and I’ve come across a picture of one of my girls team that I coached years ago. I think this is my under 7’s girls in season 2010-2011! I set them up and a Dad took them on for me. Does anyone recognise the girls and what are they doing now? They will be around 20 years old now I think 🤔 AMAW ⚽️💚🤍🖤⚽️

Middleton Park Open Age are looking to strengthen in several positions for the 2024/25 season.

All new and old players are welcome as we look to bounce back from a tough season.

We play in the Yorkshire Amateur League and you must be available for Wednesday night training sessions and games on Saturday afternoons.

Pre Season will begin on Wednesday 17th July 7pm to 8.30pm on the Playing Fields behind Middleton Leisure Centre, LS10 4AX.

Our U13s, and their families had a fantastic weekend at Skegness competing in a tournament.

Great fun and lots of football friendship on offer.

Thanks to everyone who made it such a good occasion, especially the coaches for their commitment to the boys.

What a way for U14 Girls to finish their first season together. A brilliant 2-1 away win at Wyke Wanderers. The girls finished just one win behind the second place team. A great debut season for the girls. They have done the Club proud 💚🖤👏👏

What a superb advert for our Club tonight as our U14 girls took on our U13 Greens Boys. The boys came out worthy winners in the end but the girls put in a fantastic performance against a really top boys team. Both teams were a credit to Middleton Park Juniors ⚽️👏💚🖤

Congratulations to our Under 14s Girls who had a great win away at Leeds Juniors this morning. Big shout out to Lacey Connor who scored a superb hat-trick 👍👏💚🖤

Middleton Park FC have been on tour this weekend! A team of U12s, U10s and 2 teams of U9s enjoyed a weekend at Butlins Skegness for the ESF Football Festival! All the players and families represented the football club well and lots of fun was had by all! A massive thank you to Louise for organising it, we know how much time and effort you have put in to it. Thank you to the coaches for taking the teams and ensuring the kids enjoyed their football! It was a fantastic weekend had by all 🤩🙌🏻⚽️🏆💚🌟😄

End of an Era at Middleton Park FC

On Sunday 28th April Tim Dibs, one of our coaches, took his U12 Black’s team to a game for the last time. Tim has been a coach since 2014 at Middleton Park FC and has enjoyed every moment of the last 10 years. In that 10 years he has coached at least 50 lads, and been an inspirational role model and has had a positive impact on them.

Tim says:
“ I wouldn't change the 10 years for anything, it has been an honour and a privilege watching toddlers become young men! Watch personalities evolve, talent emerge and getting to spend time with some extraordinary young lads”

As a club we are sad that Tim is leaving us, due to change of circumstances, but we wish him all the best. He’s always welcome to come back and will always be part of our Middleton Park FC family! Tim will be presenting his team their end of season trophies in June, so we can celebrate their successes and his successes too! The team have 3 volunteers come forward to take on the team next season, which means they will continue the amazing work Tim has done with the team so far.

We would just like to say a massive “Thank you to Tim” for all your hard work and commitment over the years and we appreciate everything you have done for your team and the club! All the best - stay in touch ⚽️🏆🌟

Unfortunately our Middleton Park FC U10 Greens team lost in the cup final today, which is a hard one to take, but that’s Football.

On the other hand, we are all really proud of the team for making it to their first Cup final. Only 2 years ago we were a newly formed team and to have achieved this together is a special moment for everyone involved.

We are going to learn from this experience and use it as fuel to be an even better team next season. Hopefully we can reach another cup final in the process!
