Ok so not the best photographer here but myself and my client were super pleased with this result! I placed a little filler in the corners of the nose to lift the nasolabial area and a ml in the lips and in the marionette ( mouth to chin ) area. Where you can see the white pencil marks is subtle volume loss which causes the mouth to droop . This is often easily improved and sometimes totally corrected. Ladies the lips I do are only restored here not enhanced as such . This is achieved by placing correct amounts of a softer filler to avoid projection. Lips can be done without any noticeable treatment. It’s about injector skill and correct filler selection.

Another lower face refresh ! What a beautiful result with a small amount of filler . This lady has been having treatments with me for a few years but always too worried about lip filler . Today we had a great result and she’s over the moon. A little filler was placed by the corners of the mouth also .
Good injectors know the sweet spot of just enough filler . Natural results 🙌🏻

A little refresh on one of my younger beauties. Firstly, I have done a tear trough treatment here using cannula technique. This client had tear troughs with me 7 years ago! They weren’t bad at all but we decided to dissolve and refresh them .

Secondly, I placed filler on the piriform fossa by the nose . This is often called smile lines . People often ask me for a lift in this area. It’s not just about filling a “line” . This is a technique that helps to lighten that corner and supports the cheeks to give a little lift !
This lasts about 2-3 years usually.

Getting ready to inject this morning. Sterile conditions to avoid infections. Fortunately it works as none of my clients have had them . Infection can cause complications with filler once it’s placed.. Prevention better than cure !

Why am I posting a photo of purple grapes? I often get asked about my skin care routine and comments about my skin quality .
