Can't believe it's been 10 years since Chico (aka Squeako, Mr Squeaks, and Bring That Back!) came into my life. He has added immeasurable hair and joy, and I consider myself very fortunate to have him as my faithful companion.

What is a Skin Peel?

It is the careful application of a mildly acidic product, chosen depending on your desired results.

Sharing some self-care on a grotty Monday!
Chico is having a duvet day, like the sensible small dog he is. What are you doing or planning for self-care this week?

I've washed my hair and had a soak in the bath with a Bimble Blue Monday Depth Charge. The essential oils of bergamot and geranium always lift my mood. Before bed tonight I'll do some stretching from my Finch app (super loving this, it's brilliant) and some reiki.

It's a very bracing day for a walk, so well done everyone who's getting out there!

Look after your environment. Put a few things away, or clear one surface for that satisfied feeling!

Gosh, it's been a tough October, and I'd like to thank my wonderful, lovely clients who've been so fab about me having to reschedule appointments while I've been off ill.

Mostly though, I want to thank my amazing partner in crime, who has supported me in so many ways for the seven years of our marriage, and the years before that.
