Something is better than nothing
Just because you can’t do it perfectly doesn’t mean it’s not worth doing

Taking action of the things you can control will make more of a difference
Practicing these behaviours to turn them into habits

We live in society where we expect everything so instantaneously
We can order food through our phones delivered straight to our home
We order whatever and we don’t even have to leave the house
Were always looking for that quick fix cause we are so used to getting everything so fast
When you then don’t see any change in the first week you just give up
You have to give your body time to respond to the things you are doing
One salad isn’t going to make you skinny
The same way one chocolate bar isn’t going to make you fat
Not seeing progress in your lifts?
Be patient
Not seeing the scales drop each week?
Be patient
Don’t give up
Its takes 66 days to form a habit
Trying something for one week isn’t going to reverse the years of habits you have

5. Be conscious of personal hygiene & body odour

8. No horseplay

Calisthenics is a form of strength training consisting of a variety of movements that exercise large muscle groups, such as standing, grasping, pushing, etc. These exercises are often performed rhythmically and with minimal equipment, as bodyweight exercises. Here at Hiitness you’ll find our monkey bars apparatus with resistance bands, hoops and many more!
