Happy Pride month! 🏳️🌈🏳️⚧️
Happy Easter everyone! I love this hat one of my children made, it reminds me of my time with the Temiar in the Malaysian jungle.
I ❤️ this!
This is perfect

It’s an early start for me this morning, but it meant that I got to take part in the Easter egg hunt at 108 New Walk … thank you Easter bunny for leaving a treat outside our room, ‘you’re a good egg’ RUCounselling🥚🐰🐣🤣
Bookmarks made for a small group of students. I used Mr. Men Little Miss for the theme to also tie in with Comic Relief. Sensory tassels were added using different materials for the children to fidget and play with whilst reading.
It’s 10 days to Easter! 🐰 We all had lots of fun making this.

All ready to create an Easter bunny count down!
I’m so sad to hear that Paul O’Grady has died. He was the first drag artist I watched on stage and screen, and was such an amazing performer. He seemed to have such a kind heart, and did so much for charity, community, and his love of dogs.
It seems only right to do some Messy Play today!!
Hello! It’s been a snow day here in Leicester. With many schools off due to difficulties travelling. If you have been at home today, remember play is just as important as work, try to find a good balance, have fun and enjoy!
I have been fortunate in my lifetime to have met and known inspirational women. My field of work is no exception. Thank you to RUCounselling for being a wonderful friend and colleague. ‘International Women's Day is an important day for us to focus on the many inequalities, gender bias, discrimination and stereotyping that still exists in society today.’ International Women's Day
Happy Valentine’s Day. Whether with a partner, friend, self or other, try to take some time for you and do something you love ❤️.
Do you stop and have a chat over a hot drink with your children? Sometimes a warm milky drink can be very nurturing, and allow time for children to connect and open up about their day.

Finding the right therapeutic support, therapist, and intervention can sometimes be quite overwhelming in its-self. If you are looking to find some support for yourself or a loved one, then please feel free to contact me. I am offering free initial face to face or online meetings this January, where you will get the opportunity to meet me, ask any questions you may have, and I will aim to help you find the best support for you.
There is still time and lots of lovely donations. Please send a message if you are struggling to get a gift, or would just like a little extra something for your children. We’re here to help!
The toy donations are here, thank you to those who have donated! If you, someone you know, or your local charity would benefit from the toys, or a wrapped Christmas present, please do send me a direct message or email [email protected].
It’s official and have their own room. We have chosen an autumn colour pallet, and brought together themes from our practice to create a relaxing, therapeutic and creative space. We hope you love it as much as we do!

Since working in Singapore I have always called Singapore my second home. I have such love for this country, it’s opportunities, it’s atmosphere, the people, the places, the kindness and diversity. One thing was missing, like in many counties, and this was the inclusion and equality for the LGBTQ+ community, so to hear that section 377A has been repealed was wonderful, and a step in the right direction for equality for all. Well done Singapore and all their allies ❤️🏳️🌈🏳️⚧️
