I would like to offer the opportunity for clients to add on an extra 30 minutes to their treatment for some personalised time, space and guidance 💛 this time will be completely tailored to you, for whatever you need in that given time! We can discuss prior to the appointment what this time can be used for, or, it can be booked and then seeing what comes up for yourself in that treatment, this time can be tailored for you then 🥰🫂

During the 30 minutes, it really can be personalised to what you need, therefore, it can be time to:

✨ Sit completely on your own, where you can be left to drink some tea, journal and unwind whilst being comforted with relaxing music and the personalised aroma using the oil diffuser

✨ We can chat about what came up during the treatment and discuss the guidance from the cards and even pull more cards if necessary to gain further clarity and understanding of ways to move forwards

✨ I can guide you through your own personalised meditation from what came up during the treatment

These are just a few examples that we could create, but again, this time would be for you!! 🤩 so whatever it is that you need, this time will be that safe space and place for you to let go, come back home, or whatever else you may need 🥰

There was some necessary time I needed to take myself away from this account for a while, to release the pressure I was putting on myself to create so much content, to show up in a way that I was not able to in that time 💛 We all have times we need a break and rest. It was time for me to listen to my mind, body and soul and go through the lessons and challenges of life 💛✨ work through the seasons of change and hibernation, feel into all those necessary emotions and thoughts that came up!

Now spring is here, I feel ready to come back to this very safe space that is right here, always! 🌼🌱

Hello 2024 👋🏼🤩

I hope everyone has managed to settle into the new year and its array of energies ✨ the new year can add a load of unnecessary pressure to us all, to do/act in a way that actually goes against the winter season- which is so hibernate and rest, to actually just, be 💛

Now we have had a few days to settle in, I thought I would share some journal prompts which you can use in your new notebook/journal for the year ahead 🥰

Going into the new year with the MOST amount of gratitude for 2023 and all the beauty and love I have experienced with Divine Sunshine 🥹💛 thank you everyone who has had a treatment with me this year and for the most lovely feedback!! My heart is so so full and I really am so so excited for this lil business of mine to grow more and more.
