Day 6 Tip 6
Mental Health Awareness Theme: Anxiety Day 6 Tip 6. Spend time in nature We know that spending time in nature has a positive impact on our mental health. It can help us feel calmer and less stressed. This can be as simple as tending some flowers in a window box or going for a walk in the woods. Any amount of time doing this is good for us, but to really get the benefit, try to spend a significant period of time – maybe an hour or longer – when you can really connect with nature and immerse yourself. Start doing some journaling write your negative thoughts down and once they're in the book there are your mind. See you tomorrow day 7

Day 5 Tip 5
Mental Health Awareness Theme - Anxiety TIP 5 social support from trusted friends and family can help reduce feelings of loneliness and isolation. Seeking support from friends, family, or a mental health professional can also be helpful in managing anxiety. Sometimes, talking to someone about your worries can help you feel less alone and give you the tools to cope better. Additionally, self-care practices like getting enough sleep, eating a balanced diet, and avoiding substances like alcohol and caffeine can also improve your overall mental health and reduce anxiety symptoms. Remember that managing anxiety is a process, and it's okay to seek help and support when you need it. See you tomorrow for Tip 6

Day 5 Tip 5
Mental Health Awareness week Theme this year is Anxiety Day 4 Tip 4 Challenge negative thoughts by seeking positive aspects of your situation and reminding yourself of your strengths. Give yourself a little bit of love give yourself a pat on the back for getting so far and dealing with your anxieties, and now it's time to unleash the negative and allow the positive to come in. Reward yourself - don't wait for somebody else to do it for you. Description of anxiety it can be being nervous about seeing the dentist waiting in the waiting room and wondering what's going to happen. Think of yourself an anxiety is a revving car on a race track waiting to get ready, and when you let the handbrake down and the car goes,it is just like anxiety - it goes, gets out of control and then you've got to step on the brakes to stop with anxiety. we have to find the handbrake to stop, and it can be by calming ourselves down getting our thoughts in control and finding the right tool that comes us down and puts things back into control that's manageable, a bit like taking the foot off the pedle and stop fuling the car. See you tomorrow for Day 5 Tip 5

Anxiety Day 3
Mental Health Awareness: Anxiety Day 3 Tip 3 A balanced diet and adequate sleep can help you feel more energized and better equipped to handle the day ahead. Being comfortable in cozy in the room that you're sleeping in at night is very important. If it's too cool or too warm, it will not allow you to sleep at the best of your comfort. With your diet, it is best to eliminate or control the caffeine intake which also is a contribution to uncomfortable sleep. Diet in general - some of the things that we eat can be a contribution and linked to some of our anxiety triggers, so we can have a look at the foods that we eat and the timing that we eat them because they can be triggers as well. See you tomorrow for Tip 4
