Been a great little project this one. Really good turnaround getting it complete as smoothly and efficiently as possible. Cannot fault anyone involved. Great effort from all. Let’s hope Blaby Bowls Club are as happy with the bar, as much as we are.

When you can finally say. “That’s a wrap” Thanks for you patience during this one. You’ve been fantastic despite the troubles we faced. Hope you’re as happy as I am with the final product.

Door knock through from this week with

Doors and frames gone in at a unit over in Lutterworth. Few other bits to get back in to do on this one as well.

Plot 1 in Sutton Elms coming to a close. Looking forward to getting the full completion photos to share.

Another kitchen in ready for templating tomorrow. Still needs dressing once sparks and plumbing has been completed.

Never put the final photos up from a job completed for at the end of last year. Iroko worktops and some beautiful herringbone tiles!!!

The engineered oak flooring looking pukka at the Fleckney site. Kitchen is on its way in and will have some photos this week. Also have the rest of the joinery works to complete here.

This one was somewhat of a tight squeeze!!!! Thanks to my men in shining armour that came in for the final big lift! Forgot to get a photo of close of play with all the risers complete.

Bit of first fix works been put together the last couple of days.

All grouted up! We’ll be back at this site to do the second fix joinery works once we have the heating fired up.

Both bathrooms tiled up and ready for grouting next week!

Worktop replacement going in this week. Upgrade to solid Iroko! Looking 👌🏽 Tile splash back being added tomorrow!

I always find it amazing what people cover up. It’s a shame this room is now being made into one and will once again, be plunged into darkness!

Boot and coat bench designed and installed for a client going through some full house renovations. Have got plenty more photos of other works completed at this property to share with you.

Fireplace upgrade completed in Lutterworth. Swapping the electric for a Bio Ethanol! TV points sorted and new oak mantle in place. Some new oak flooring down with a fresh set of skirtings to match.

With the knock through cleaned and tidied. The plumbing and electrical first fix is completed before the plaster-boarding is started.

With the roof on, time for knocking through! Sorry forgot to get the before photos! Far to eager with the breaker. Nice big t-section steel in to open up the whole rear of the property.
