BIG WEEK!!

It’s been Mental Health Awareness and Learning at Work Week; we’ve had a great time celebrating both with our annual Learning Festival 24.

Colleagues across the Cromwell Group have joined online and face to face sessions finding out more about a range of topics from AI, benefits, personal branding, coaching and above their wellbeing.

Supported by out providers colleagues have had opportunity to understand more about their pensions and our EAP service. Thanks to Aviva and

EXCITING NEWS!

Based on feedback from our colleagues in our annual survey, we were told that Communication and Collaboration is an area that we need to improve on.

As a result, we recently partnered with
Benefex and rolled out our new platform OneHub, a tool that will combine all our company communications, share better discounts and cashback options for all colleagues in a much easier and accessible way and recognise our colleagues hard work in a fun, digital way that the entire company can see and acknowledge.

We are proud that we are able to offer new and exciting tools to our colleagues, and that we can all win as one team!

This week is Mental Health Awareness Week and here at Cromwell we are committed to helping everyone move their body and their mind.

The theme this year is 'Movement', as set by the Mental Health Foundation. As a Cromwell collective, we want to go across the world, walking between the two furthest Cromwell locations from Ireland to Indonesia. This will be done in teams throughout May as we all work together towards our goal and keep moving!

In the run up to the bank holiday on 27th May, remember to place your order as early as possible to ensure delivery when you need it.

As a result, we have been able to reduce our carbon footprint by 158 tonnes, or the equivalent of 7,200 trees! Along with this, we have also planted 9,082 trees in Mexico to offset our carbon footprint with help from JUST ONE Tree .
