Happy to be back in the kitchen after a very long time! This was lunch today.....a fusion of Kenyan/Indian/Chinese/Italian! What a great meal!

Nice and simple breakfast with a Kenyan/Indian twist!

Craving Kenyan style rotisserie chicken so had to make some myself not to forget city fry’s style chilli sauce and wash it all down with Bud 0.0% alc. Finished the whole bird between 2 people 😂😍🍻

Had to have shrimp noodles Thai style with scotch bonnet Chillies! Must say OMG! So juicy and flavourful!

Why would say no to a pork biryani??? Turned out effing amazing!

So I was back doing what I love (cooking) 😊😊😊. The request this time was for turkey with sweet potatoes, asparagus and brussel sprouts! Who am I to say no? Tasted amazing!

First time making Tandoori Salmon curry! Turned out amazing! Everyone who had it loved it!

Mutton curry after a few years! Turned out sooooooo good....soft and succulent!

Baigan curry turned out to be an absolute treat! Addition of sweet peppers was random but tasted fantastic!

This chicken curry turned out to be one of the best I’ve made!

Happy Father’s Day to all the Papas out there! Here is a special treat for all you foodies.....a PINA COLADA cheesecake! Yes, people, a real pina colada cheesecake with actual rum 😊 and no gelatine only . Many more flavours to come, all with a different blend of fruit and alcohol. Big enough to feed 8 people and all handmade using fresh fruit not the tinned stuff.

Gulab Jamuns with a twist in the chasni (sugar syrup)! I added vanilla, cinnamon, star anise and cardamom when heating the syrup. Can’t tell you how good the flavour was mmmmmm...too fit!

Thought we’d have a healthier dish during this lockdown away from all the curries we have been having! Salmon with garlic butter and dill, double roasted potatoes with Italian herbs and seasoning and boiled broccoli. Thank you for another lovely meal!

A very happy 1st anniversary to (Mrs Shah) and due to not being able to go out to celebrate, I thought I’d bake her a Ferrero Rocher cheesecake. 1st ever try and mmmmm....it was delicious!
