Like every small independent business times are very hard as the prices of the raw ingredients become more and more expensive it has become harder to offer our marinated food at reasonable prices.

It honestly has been a difficult decision as we have loved creating every single platter for your BBQs party's.

Here we have malai lamb boti, succulent pieces of Boneless lamb, marinated in freshly blended ginger and garlic with the heat from our home made garam masala.

Perfect to add on to skewers for the bbq, or bake in the oven to add to dishes like biriyani.

We are delighted to now add lamb chops to our catering packs menu.

Masala pantry have created an all time bbq special with lamb chops smothered in our home made achaari marinade, consisting of aromatic fenugreek and heat of Indian mustard.
