We are looking for a passionate, experienced Chef de partie who is determined to achieve a high standard within our dedicated and loyal team. A great opportunity for someone to increase their skill set as well as progress towards junior/sous roles.

Responsibilities include:

🔪 Prep for designated section/s, help assist commis chefs with mise en place
🔪 Assist with orders, deliveries and stock rotation
🔪 Ensuring health and hygiene standards are met
🔪 Can do attitude, motivated work ethic, committed team player

Last week we had the pleasure of meeting as they welcomed us for a tour around their farm.

The main purpose of the visit to this incredible cheese farm was to gain a deeper understanding of the cheese making process and to appreciate the hard work and craftsmanship that goes into creating these artisanal cheeses. It was a great opportunity to learn about the local cheese industry, support independent producers, and explore the behind the scenes operations of the farm. The tour also allowed us to connect with such a passionate family who are dedicated to producing high quality cheeses and we would like to express our appreciation for the amazing experience! 🧀❤️

The cheese this farm produces is truly incredible and we feel honoured to offer such fantastic produce to our guests 👨‍🍳 if you haven’t already go and check it out for yourself, the farm shop has a great variety of locally made artisan cheeses that will blow your mind 🤯
