Anxiety and massage
Did you know that massage therapy can help the person to release stress and calm the nervous system. Massage helps body confidence and loving yourself. It provides a safe confidential healing environment where the person can feel supported and induces endorphins to help the person feel better 💚

I just wanted to put anyone who may be worried at ease ☺️

As a massage therapist I'm required to wear PPE during every treatment. My equipment is fully sanitised after every use and I keep up to date with all of the government guidelines for close contact services.

As well as this I am regularly tested and although the impact of this on transmission is yet to be fully understood I am vaccinated.

I look forward to better times where a lot of these precautions are unnecessary but until then safety is my utmost priority ❤️
