It’s easy for life to pass us by and we start to feel we are just going through the motions.

Well, I’m here to remind you that you can reignite that spark within you, that fire deep in your belly 🔥

Do something for you, whether it’s starting the gym, tackling sourdough bread making 🤪, that business venture… whatever makes you feel alive again❤️

We are only on this earth once, so get out there and fill up your glass 🥛🌎

… and remember, It doesn’t have to be ‘big’, it only takes a few sticks to start a fire 😊

I texted my friend tonight telling her I was scared I was going “backwards”.

What I meant by this was that since my training and diet had taken a hit, I was scared that i’ve been gaining weight/ losing muscle, just generally getting, well… soft.

Family members have told me I’ve put on weight, and that I’ve got to be an example to my clients.

They’re not wrong, but are they right?

Just because I’ve got a bit softer and weaker, doesn’t change my knowledge and experience.

And neither does it change who I am, my value and my worth as an individual.

What better defines me is my journey from here.

I step up, I prioritise my training and I be a better person not only for myself, but yes to inspire my clients (and hopefully others too).

The point of this post is to say, it’s ok to not be perfect 24/7, BUT don’t sit in your sorrows too long, accept your current situation for what it is and get up and change.

I never went to university as I never really knew what I wanted to do (and still kinda don’t 🤣)

➡️ but rest assured I love my job! ☺️ I just always knew I wanted to help people 🥰

The mission is clear, help people strengthen their bodies, minds and hearts, whilst giving them the confidence and knowledge to take on anything 🫡

Protein banana bread recipe! 🍌

Currently creating a recipe e book for all of my clients, but I wanted to share this one with you all! 😍

Managed to get a really good amount of protein in this one without that powdery protein taste! 🙌

Now this isn’t a sugar free, fat free, low calorie recipe but it’s a super tasty and fun bake with a good source of protein! 🙌

No gym membership, no problem 💪

Only 6 weeks difference for my wonderful client who has made these changes:

✅ EATING MORE (my client was under eating and now we are focusing on more food, more protien and more nutritious food)

✅ 3 home workouts a week (less than 1 hour per workout and using some dumbells and a barbell - nothing fancy)

✅ Keeping active with an achievable step goal

✅ BEING CONSISTENT...
..she has checked in every single week, completed her workouts and stuck to trying to hit her calorie and macro goal every week 👏

Not forgetting to add she is a Mum, so ensuring she makes time to do this is harder for her!

Super proud of you and I am so excited for what another 6 weeks plus can do! 🤩😍🎉

Well done and keep up the amazing work 👏💪🥰

I want you to know how proud I am of you, you showed up for yourself everyday and these pictures show it all 🙌

You still attended social events, lived your life and also dealt with some hardships, but you knew what you wanted to achieve and stuck to it 💪

Alongside this you have got extremely strong and grown in confidence in and outside the gym 🥰

I cannot wait to see how much more you continue to grow, I will always be here cheering you on! 🥳

Having a personal training helps hold you accountable to your goals and keeps you on course 👆

Wanting to lose some body fat?

Try this simple piece of advice which will help you burn more calories & increase your metabolism 💪

After *most* weight sessions I now do about 20 minutes of cardio (sometimes I might do more, sometimes I might do less)..

This isn’t me going full pelt on the treadmill (those days are defo behind me), it’s normally me getting to a decent speed and heart rate on:

✅ The cross trainer (boring innit so I watch a programme)

✅ Incline treadmill

✅ Stair master

Or whatever you prefer! 🤩

If you’ve got the time and your already at the gym.. then why not go for it!!
Even if you can only squeeze in 10-15 mins 🙌

I normally do my cardio AFTER my weights, this ensures I don’t tire myself out before too much before I go and lift some bad ass weights 💃🏻

Lou had a little break from PT and I am SO happy she is back!!! I am so buzzing to see where we can Lou’s strength😍

I literally wake up everyday buzzing to go to work and I think I spend my whole day smiling and laughing (but still getting sh*t done 😜) 🙌

So yeah, here’s to not only Lou but all of my clients- thank you for just making my job such a joy ❤️
