💖 When she’s not working hard, Leigh is a dedicated mummy to a fun, imaginative 3-year-old boy who keeps her on her toes! 🧸💫

Josh has been busy this afternoon, making use of our new ADAS calibration equipment on this Tiguan, for a static calibration. 🚗🔧

The car is now fully calibrated and ready to go. Great job Josh! 👏 👏

🔥 Mustang in for repairs 🔥

This Mustang came in to us with a cracked exhaust 💔

It’s fitted with an aftermarket Roush exhaust, and our team have managed to source the correct part directly from a Roush dealer 🔧

This is quite a specialist repair! 💪

Whilst here, we’re also doing a full service and replacing a wheel bearing to keep it running safe and smoothly 🏎️🔩

Meet Jon: Jon has been in the automotive trade for 22 years, specialising mainly in manual transmissions and clutches while working in his dad’s business. Over the years, Jon has gained extensive experience working with various makes and models of cars and light commercial vehicles at several independent garages. Here at Dack, Jon takes on a wide range of jobs, from routine service work to some of the bigger tasks too. 🔧

When he’s not busy with cars, Jon proudly serves his local community as a retained firefighter at North Hykeham station for Lincolnshire Fire and Rescue. It's a role he finds very rewarding, allowing him to help those in need. 🔥🚒

Outside of work, Jon enjoys walking with his wife, Carol, and their English Springer Spaniel, Millie. 🐾

We're thrilled to have had Mason join us, alongside Shane from our Conversions department. 🔧

The car is having full front to rear hand made brake pipes by Alfy. 🔧

This includes splitting the body from the chassis, as shown in the photos 🤯

The job came off the back of some MOT advice - this highlights the importance of the MOT, when we see work like this which needs completing. 🚘

It's been a busy day for Jon - one of our vehicle technicians - who has been looking after this Audi TT today 😍

After gear selection was getting more and more difficult for the customer, Jon removed the gearbox and clutch to investigate and discovered the clutch pressure plate had broken into 3 pieces ⚙️

This vehicle will have a new 3 piece clutch kit and flywheel, and once again will change gears smoothly 🚘

Meet Phil: Phil is our Conversions Workshop Supervisor, responsible for the daily organisation of the Conversions Workshop. This includes staff training, and quality control of completed conversions vehicles. 🚐

This year marks 20 years of Phil living with MS (Multiple Sclerosis). Impressively, despite this Phil has completed 2 charity 10K runs this year so far (Lincoln 10K & Woodhall Spa 10K), plus has another 10K lined up and 2 half marathons (wow!) 🏃👏

Outside of work, Phil loves a good hot chocolate when he's not running around after his 2 young boys. ☕

Growing up in Africa, Ian has worked in 3 different countries and numerous UK counties too! 🌍

When Ian isn't busy making TikTok's for Dack, you'll catch him on the golf course (no matter the weather!), or tucking into a good home made curry. ⛳
