In general Skipping and not fueling on the right things leads to shovelling the wrong things to eat in!
Bekki is a extremely passionate health care professional and has always been extremely cautious over how and what she eats and before coming to us ate healthily whilst managing her diabetes for almost 20 years.
Open to change she has restructured her day; gone from never snacking to snacking on foods of value -that help stabilise blood sugar and better choices absolutely changing mindset!!!
She’s ready to get fully stuck into her plan after seeing the incredible difference our plan has made to her blood sugar levels while still enjoying a lifestyle she can maintain and not starving or putting herself at risk.
