Gold Dragon is seeking an experienced Counter Staff member to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Taking customer orders in person and over the phone
• Handling cash and card transactions
• Assisting in food preparation as needed
• Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained
• Providing excellent customer service at all times

Requirements:
• Previous experience in a similar role is essential
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently
• Basic food hygiene knowledge
