Today we want to say a huge thank you to Bill Buchanan who will be taking on the London Marathon on Sunday 21st April! 🏃 Huge thanks to Bill and the church community of Greenwell Street for their passion and commitment to provide the life changing gift of clean water!
Here is why Bill is running:
"Hi! I’m Bill and this year I will be running in the London Marathon in partnership with Fields of Life and Greenwell Street Girls Brigade Uganda Well Fundraiser. This will be my first Marathon and I can’t wait to see all the sights of London on April 21st while taking part in this awesome event! We have so far raised money for 4 Bore Holes which have been drilled in different villages in Uganda and are now supplying fresh water to hundreds of local families, helping to change their daily lives. We are currently 3/4 of the way into reaching our target for Well number 5 and hopefully with your help this will be a reality later this year"
