Important notice for all clients

from Wednesday April 3rd 2024

We will be no longer be using fresha to schedule appointments due to their increasing price rises. Doing this will prevent adding costs onto my salon prices, All our suppliers have or will be increasing their prices by April 1st 2024.

Not using the Fresha anymore will mean the stop to reminders through text messages to remind you of your appointment. So we're asking when you book an appointment, that can you write it down or put it into your phone.

This also means Andrea and I will no longer be able to book appointments through Messenger or text messages outside of working hours, so if you message the socials or text we will not be able to reply until we get back into the salon as the appointment book will be in the salon.

You can phone the salon outside working hours, leave a voicemail and we will get back to as soon as we get in the salon.

Booking an appointment during working hours, private message or phone the salon on 02892108295, if your in the salon for an appointment book your follow up appointment and we can give you a card with all the details on it.

The salon will be closed this Wednesday for my father's funeral, Andrea Alexandra will be opening Thursday instead to catch up on appointments, I want to thank everyone for there kind words and messages.

I just want to let all our clients know that my father has passed away peacefully tonight and with his passing Andrea Alexandra will be covering my clients for the foreseeable, if your appointment needs rescheduled Andrea will be in contact to let you know, hopefully you all understand.

I'll post more about the details of my father's funeral for anyone willing to attend.
