Thinking back to yesterday’s wedding ceremony for Gillian & James in the gardens of the stunning is giving me butterflies. It was everything they could have wished for. Their favourite people, all together for them in the sunshine. So many highlights but one that stood out for me was turning round to see their little flower girls taking themselves off to do rollies mid vows! Sure that’s far better craic than this getting married malarkey. Haha!

The sweetest moment on my screen this evening when Annabelle’s little flower girl, in the middle of all the hustle had to have a wee touch of the necklace of dreams that Annabelle borrowed from her amazing Granny. Simply stunning. And if this wasn’t enough for our emotions she proceeded to hug Annabelle and not let go!!!! So flipping CUTE!

Bellingham Castle bliss for Lizzy & Joshua. All the way from Seattle their dream of a Castle wedding in Ireland was a fairytale come true. I’m so happy that the sun shone down on them the entire day. Ireland really was showing off for all their American family & friends Xo

When I look at these two I see sunshine. Beaming the entire day and a second after we all piled into our cars after their portraits at Kilcootry Barn it lashed. Talk about timing! Such a great bridal party with all the craic from the get go. Xo

Just home from hanging out with these total beauts today in Carlingford. Hope everyone has had a lovely weekend in the sun. Mine has been filled with lots of shooting and drinking wine in the garden so I’m finally sitting down with a cuppa to share a few sneaks from Tessa & Darren’s stunning day yesterday. I had to pop in one of the girls (and the coolest flower girl in NI) as this was the vibe the entire day! So much craic Xo

Final edits happening tonight for Katie & Nicky’s fab day … Such a amazing venue to get married and I feel so privileged to be one of their recommended suppliers. Xo

When I looked at these two yesterday all I saw was pure happiness. Thank you SO much guys for inviting me along to have front row seat documenting your beautiful & chilled wedding day . The craic and all the jiving was AMAZING. I car danced the whole way home thinking about you all bizzing about that dance floor. Unreal xo

When your Groom treats his car like it’s his actual baby it was always going to feature as a little prop in some of their photos. Vintage cars have such a vibe. Xo

I was Nikki & Alex’s wedding photographer a few years ago & had the absolute privilege of photographing their beautiful little girl Ivy for her 1st birthday a few weeks ago. This amazing and inspiring little family pulled at my heart strings. It was a very special photoshoot for a very special family. 💕

My HEART is so full after yesterday wedding. Katie is the most infectious girl & I actually think she might talk more than me lol. This was their first dance song & I sang the whole way home to it *with my borrowed tyre* thinking about them swinging around that dance floor. Xo

It’s officially 2024 wedding season & it all kicked off on Friday for Carla and Luke. I was Luke’s sisters wedding photographer 7 years ago and it’s always so special being plunked right back in the middle of all their favourite people and seeing everyone again.

This day last week myself and a bunch of amazing photographer friends headed to the best Documentary Wedding Photography Conference ever!
I’m feeling SO inspired and rejuvenated for the 2024 wedding season to kick in and getting to know all my amazing couples & their families. This morning I’ve been looking through previous weddings to update my website so thought I would share a few wee gems. ‘At Home’ with the Campbells. Frosty mornings & stunning winter light we had to take ourselves outside before we got cosy for their family photoshoot (and a wee cuppa). I photographed little miss sassy Eva as a newborn baby just over a year ago & I was so delighted to meet her wee brother Zac.

Don’t kids at weddings always steal the show lol. They bring so much laughter especially during the ceremony and I’m always at the ready to capture their unexpected craic.

When I see that little blitz of mist the excitement levels in every brides house hit an all time high as it’s time. Dress Time. Everything you imagine yourself to look like on your wedding day is about to come to life. It is such a privilege to be in the middle of it all documenting every last second while lending a hand to get shoes fastened, buttons done or playing find the scissors lol. When planning always allow an extra 30 minutes to get everyone dressed as trust me, you’ll need it! Xo

Finally back to computer after the madness of the snowy school run this morning. Kieran & Wayne, you’ve got mail! Gotta love a relaxed City Centre wedding. We did their portraits before their ceremony which meant the rest of the afternoon was all about the party! Such a fab day Xo

In this first picture I was about to walk out of the bedroom & Fran squeaked with joy ‘I’m getting married right now Laura!’ Pure delight on her wee face. Such a privilege documenting such happy times. Xo
