Hatha Flow with Laura - Wednesday evenings 6pm

Mark your midweek with a mindful pause on the mat.

Expect to move through a mindful sequence of yoga poses (asana) and breath work (pranyama) to re connect body and mind and bring us back to ourselves. You’ll enjoy slower sun salutations with some longer holds, exploring poses with a focus on alignment. We’ll get stretchy and strong and turn inwards together, listening to what’s on the inside and connecting with breath. Always finishing with a satisfying relaxation so you’ll leave class feeling restored, calm, strong and grounded.

Laura teaches a powerfully-blended style combining the precision of alignment from Iyengar yoga with the fluidity of movement from Ashtanga yoga to create a well-rounded and healthy practise for all levels of student.

The Space Liss is located in a beautiful barn conversion set in the heart of Hampshire countryside.
Our light, airy and spacious studio benefits from free parking and is a few minutes from the A3 just 5 minutes from Petersfield, 10 minutes from Liphook and 20 minutes from Haslemere by car.

⭐️there is still time to join our Back to Basics Beginners Course which starts on Wednesday at 10.30am⭐️

If you have wanted to try yoga and would like a space to be able to learn the basics before joining a main class, or if you have had a break from practicing and want to ease back in, or maybe you just want to come to refresh the basics this course is for you.

This course is led by Roz and Sylvia, both experienced yoga teachers, and will be assisted by the lovely newly qualified Sally, so you will be very supported.

As it’s half term next week we are offering an art led Creche for some of the classes. All ages over 3 welcome. This will need to be booked in advance so please do get in touch xx
