Iāve been feeling really good these past few days, and I just wanted to share that with you all. Itās funny how being human can be such a rollercoaster ride, isnāt it? Some days are tough, but then there are those beautiful moments that remind us how wonderful life can be.

Hey everyone! So, Iāve finally mustered up the courage to take my first big stepāIāve booked a room for a group sound healing session! Honestly, Iāve been putting this off for ages because fear has been holding me back. Iāve been so worried I wasnāt good enough, what people would think, and that there are so many amazing sound healers out there. I even feared that someone might not enjoy it or that it wouldnāt be absolutely perfect!
But after chatting with Tom, who guided my training, I got a gentle nudge to take action. He challenged me to book a room within the next two weeks, and guess what? Iāve done it! Well, actually Iām just waiting for confirmation, but itās happening!
Wahhhhh, I know I can do this šŖš¼šš. Iām usually the first to encourage others to face their fears and follow their hearts, so itās time I take my own advice. Iām actually feeling a bit excited about it now! Canāt wait to share this journey with you all!

Just pulled a powerful card today: **Dance to the Rhythm of Life**! šāØ This message is all about finding joy in our hearts and letting go of what no longer serves us. Itās a reminder to align with our true selves and embrace who we are while gently acknowledging who weāre not.
Iām feeling grateful for what I have and finding peace in what I donāt. Life is a beautiful journey, and when we appreciate it as it is, we really start to see the magic and love unfold around us.
Letās all take a moment to dance with life today! What can you release to lighten your load? How can you appreciate where you are right now? šš

JUST FOR TODAY, I WILL NOT BE ANGRY Emotions have a purpose. So, although emotions like anger are seen as negative, itās important to see the message behind them. Channelling the energy of anger into positive action is a constructive way to deal with an often destructive energy. Once anger has served its purpose, itās time to let it go. Be thankful for its presence when you need it and release it. Hanging onto anger long after it has served you can lead to bitterness. and create blocks in the flow of energy within you.
While totally eliminating anger from your life may not be realistic, Reiki principles remind you to just focus on one day at a time. Realizing the triggers of your anger and finding ways to react to it that give you back control and free you from old patterns can feel liberating.
Remember the reiki principles are worded with ājust for todayā to remind you that if you slip up, you can always start again tomorrow.

I often feel overwhelmed with stuffā¦ stuff I need to do, organise, whatās important whatās not. I have to remind myself to pause and ask myself āam doing enough right nowā yes I am!

You are strong?
You are worthy?
You are beautiful?
You are perfect as you are?
You are enough?
If any of these relate just change it to I am. Then repeat it as many times as you need. Until you truly believe it.

This weekend has been all about going back to self. Iāve been feeling a little bit lost and out of sorts lately, unsure of where I should be or what I should be doing. But Iām a huge believer in filling your own cup, so that it can spill out and help others on their journey. My aim has always been to help people see their true potential, and this weekend has reminded me that we donāt need lots of everything. Just a little bit of nature, crystals, incense, meditation, and breath work can do absolute wonders. And the best part? It doesnāt have to be expensive.

Feeling a little off today, itās hormones and woman stuff so Iām acknowledging that itās okay to not feel like my usual self. Taking a break from the usual stuff and giving my tired body and mind some much-needed rest. Despite the beautiful bowl not providing immediate relief, Iāve decided to prioritise self-care for the rest of the day. Indulging in hot drinks and will treat myself to a long, relaxing soak in the bath later. Remember, itās important to allow ourselves moments of stillness, to take it easy and stop rushing around. Letās embrace the art of simply being and doing nothing.
Repeat after me: Just for today I will not worry, Did you know that the reiki principles are worded with ājust for todayā to remind you that if you slip up, you can always start again tomorrow.
Worry itself is wasteful if it doesnāt change anything, and it can lead to anxiety, stress and unhappiness. It can cause an imbalance of the mind, body and spirit and create blockages in the root chakra. Things happen in life that are worrying, but itās how you accept, face, deal with and move on from them that determines your ultimate happiness and well-being. Using tools like self-Reiki, mindfulness and meditation to build your resilience will make you feel better able to cope with whatever comes up.
Putting aside worry and choosing to have a more positive outlook creates a brighter mindset and gives you the best chance at a harmonious, happy life. Remind yourself that you canāt predict the future. By spending time worrying about what might never happen, youāre stealing your own time and peace of mind.

Hey welcome to my little page! I canāt tell you how happy I am you are here and how much I appreciate your support on this incredible journey. Reiki has been a part of my life for over 20 years, and recently, I discovered the enchanting world of crystal bowls. Qualifying in sound healing just a few months ago has been an incredible experience. And I absolutely love sharing this journey with all of you. You are holding a cup of coffee when someone comes along and bumps into you or shakes your arm, making you spill your coffee everywhere.
Why did you spill the coffee?

Wrong answer.
You spilled the coffee because there was coffee in your cup.
Had there been tea in the cup, you would have spilled tea.
Whatever is inside the cup is what will spill out.
Therefore, when life comes along and shakes you (which WILL happen), whatever is inside you will come out. It's easy to fake it, until you get rattled.
So we have to ask ourselves... āwhat's in my cup?"

During our 60-minute session, Iāve carefully crafted a nurturing and transformative experience designed to promote balance, harmony, and deep relaxation. Hereās a breakdown of what to expect:
1. Consultation and Form (5-10 minutes): To ensure your session is personalised to your needs, Iāll start with a brief consultation. Youāll have the opportunity to fill in a form and share any information you believe is important for me to know.
2. Reiki Healing (25 minutes): Next, weāll move into the reiki healing portion of the session. Whether you prefer a hands-on or hands-off approach, the healing energy will naturally flow to where it is needed the most, promoting balance and inner peace.
3. Sound Healing (20 minutes): After the reiki healing, weāll transition into the sound healing segment. This immersive experience involves the use of crystal quartz sound bowls, a chime, and other instruments, all aligned to each chakra. The soothing sounds will help the energy to flow freely throughout your body, providing a profound and holistic healing experience.
4. Reflection and Discussion (10-15 minutes): Finally, Iāll reserve some time at the end for reflection and discussion. This is an essential part of the process, during which we can explore your experiences and anything that may have arisen during the session. However, if you prefer not to chat, thatās absolutely okay too.
