We recently discovered that the Bedfordshire Branch of CAMRA was established at a meeting at the Sow & Pigs, Toddington on 15th August 1974.
A 50th birthday celebration involving what is now three Bedfordshire CAMRA branches (South Beds, North Beds and East Beds) will be held at THE GRIFFIN, TODDINGTON on SATURDAY 17th AUGUST starting around 1pm.
Please come along and raise a glass or two to those who founded Bedfordshire CAMRA.
Note: It would have been good to host the celebration at the Sow & Pigs but, as it is now a dental practice, we’ve chosen the Griffin across the road as an appropriate venue!
