This detached home will retain its overall historical appearance, while complimenting it with a modern heavy-mass in cantilevered brickwork.

The overall changes improves the internal floorplan setout by utilising the existing footprint, and minimising further additions to the build.

This arts & crafts home will retain its heritage appearance, while complimenting with modern additions.

The rear extension is designed to enhance the existing building with modern fluted brickwork surrounds, at each side of the kitchen/dining space.

Modern single storey rear extension brings in an expanse of natural light.

The kitchen is at the heart of the house, and looks onto a flexible dining and informal living area.

Equal, modern and inclusive:

Free races each evening; Year 4, Year 5, Year 6, Year 7 – girls and boys run together* *(note because we are just starting out, if numbers are v small we might combine races 😊).

The course will be the same each time.

Every runner gets a personal time and a printed certificate at each race that they can write their time on.

They can also track their own times online at runwirral.uk/primary by matching their finishing place with the times that are published that evening after their race.

Rather than team or winner’s medals, all runners will get a medal at race 3.

There will be 2 trophies awarded to the schools that have the most participants in the girls or boys, to recognise their efforts in getting their athletes to compete.

The race is open to all children, and is fully covered by insurance, and licensed by Wirral Council, so children can come and run even if teachers are unavailable, however they must be accompanied by their parent or another adult.

No need to register - just turn up and RUN :) although we do have a few schools already signed up!

A two storey side and single storey rear extension to a 1930’s home for a growing family.

Working with the existing layout of the house we rigorously remodelled the layout to improve the bedrooms and social spaces.

The plan improves a previously designed scheme. It provides savings through simplification of the structure and the overall plan schematic.

A home office is important for modern living and home working which is the consideration that is included within the proposal.

The rear structure creates a flexible kitchen, diner and lounge area with a deep recessed sliding door surround. The external rendered finish includes horizontal tooling to add a bespoke texture and a granite stone plinth.

The planning submitted scheme will convert the upper floor into en-suite AirBnB style units, which will benefit from the combined service of the ground floor restaurant.

A redesign and Planning Approval for both a NMA and MMA on a consented scheme of 42 apartments on the site of the former Bidston Arms in Birkenhead.

The scheme includes a sustainable car-free development, larger apartment sizes, individual balconies, and a landscaped communal courtyard.
