Mainly the ones who stoop and donโ€™t get enough knee drive during their stride ๐Ÿƒ

๐Ÿ”น Stage 1: Decide your running PB goal and when you want to achieve it.

๐Ÿ”น Stage 2: Free up 2 days per week from your running schedule (you only need 3 days of running).

๐Ÿ”น Stage 3: Incorporate 3-4 lower body and core strengthening exercises on those 2 days (4 sets x 10-15 reps each).

๐Ÿ”น Stage 4: Progressively increase reps, add weight, and make exercises harder as they become easier.

๐Ÿ”น Stage 5: Experience greater efficiency, reduced risk of injury, and watch your running PBs improve.
