๐น Stage 2: Free up 2 days per week from your running schedule (you only need 3 days of running).
๐น Stage 3: Incorporate 3-4 lower body and core strengthening exercises on those 2 days (4 sets x 10-15 reps each).
๐น Stage 4: Progressively increase reps, add weight, and make exercises harder as they become easier.
