SEPTEMBER SESSIONS // £12 inc breakfast // 7.15pm - 8.15pm // We begin with a flow through an hour of vinyasa practice followed by breakfast and your choice of tea or coffee to eat in or take away if you need to head straight off to work. The end of Summer can feel a little overwhelming, like an unwelcome thud back to earth, changing seasons can be a wonderful mirror for us too though and a little nod from nature that it's time for us to check in with ourselves and perhaps acknowledge our own transitions too. These September sessions have been planned to acknowledge the summer season and move onto the next. We can be thankful for any dreaming we did and inspirations that came to light and then as we head towards the Autumn season acknowledge that this is a wonderful time to turn inwards, ground ourselves and begin to slow down.
