However, we also very much do! 😉 Our booking for Christmas opened not too long ago and since then, heads have been swarming in left right and centre - courtesy of our booking system, we regret to inform that our 15:00 sittings are full. However there is still limited space for the 12:00. First come, first serve, provided deposits are paid, contact is made and from then on we work together until the show day itself. 🎅🏻

In and around the Philhsrmonic Dining Rooms, we have various plaques on display as well as text, framed pictures and portraits, and even instruments. Each holds their own key as an integral piece of history with regard to not only our dining rooms but the Philharmonic Hall as a whole! As seen, the Orchestra is Liverpool’s oldest surviving symphony dating back to 1840. 🎶

A pleasant surprise this evening ahead of the Philharmonic show opposite, featuring Tommy Tiernan (who plays Saoirse’s or moreso her character Erin’s da in the show “Derry Girls”), we welcomed her warmly. Picture in our infamous entrance to the ‘Grande Lounge’, alongside our employees AJ, Tia, and Gabrielle. ⚡️

Baby Guinness…😍

Alongside our array of casks, drafts and spirits, we also sell shots! A favourite amongst guests and staff is a ‘Baby Guinness’, consisting of ‘Tia Maria’ and ‘Bailey’s’ to create a miniature version visually of a well loved stout — minus the flavour! 🍺

It’s a sad day at the Philharmonic as we wave goodbye to two more of our amazing girls…🫶🏻

Mia has been at the Philharmonic for years and has progressed so much, being in charge of numerous events, bookings, being able to graft and absolutely smash shifts in and out - always greeting our guests with a smile and a warm welcome no matter the weather…🌦️🌸

Michelle hasn’t been with us for as long but has become such an integral part of the team alongside Mia, when our staff come in we love knowing if either are on shift as they make everyone’s days so much better; Michelle is a star player for the Phil team, always uplifting our staff and helping to train new starters - making guests feel as though they’re friends when serving and doing so with a smile… 💐🌻

Pies, pies, pies 🥧

Pictured is our classic, ‘Slow Cooked Beef-Rib, Shin & Pulled Brisket Pie’…say that ten times fast! It is accompanied with mash, and roasted thyme carrots, however this particular guest also added on some tender long stem broccoli… 😍

We actually have a ‘Beef rib Pie’ effect in the Philharmonic, where once one is sent out, the rest of our stock usually sells out following on from this! Always gathering top reviews from guests when checking in 🫶🏻✨

Due to the production of an upcoming Sky show being filmed in our establishment, this means the Philharmonic Dining Rooms will be shut for the entirety of the 6th and 7th of February 2024. However we will resume business as perusual on the 8th of February. 🎬

Apologies for any inconvenience caused, we look forward to seeing you all this weekend for the rugby beginning and following on from our temporary closure! 🏉
