Dianne Wells and her team at Panorama Kitchens have over the last 12 months shown a proactive approach to continually improving health and safety for all staff, both factory and site operatives and their delivery teams.
Chatting with team members during site visits there is always a friendly vibe and a positive response to the support given by Panorama to enable them to work safely and listen to and act upon any staff concerns or safety issues.

Panorama are an engaged employer, identifying training needs and support and ensuring their employees are kept up to date with excellent communication and feedback.
Diane keeps up to date and is often ahead of the game on changes to legislation relating to the work they do; coming to Courtley for guidance and Tool Box Talk Scripts to filter the safety information to the troops.
It is always a pleasure to work with Panorama who do put safety first!

Courtley Annual Awards In case you missed it on our socials, We are very happy to announce the 3 winners for the Courtley Health and Safety Awards 2022. Here they are:

Our third and final award has been gifted.
Courtley Annual Awards 2022 - New Member – Hit the Ground Running Award has been awarded to Northwood community centre association!!
Over the last 12 months Northwood Community Centre has placed a huge emphasis on their health and safety management. They have shown dedication to safety matters and worked hard with the others small businesses involved with the Centre in keeping safety a priority. The feeling you get from this Community Centre is fabulous, Jacqueline and her team work extremely hard in making sure the multiple different groups that attend the Centre are able to continue their great work without detriment or conflict with each other. The management team are so committed to the Centre and the work they are carrying out is amazing. We look forward to seeing how Northwood Community Centre is going to shine in the next 12months.

Merry Christmas 2022 :) Courtley Health and Safety will be closed on the 26th & 27th December 2022, as well as January 2nd 2023 for the bank holidays, however in case of emergencies we are available to assist with telephone support.

Courtley Annual Awards 2022 - Individual Award has been awarded to Peter Olive in recognition of his commitment to raising safety standards at Rösler UK.
Peter only joined Rösler UK this year and has brought with him a fresh, passionate approach to workplace safety, that has already shown improvements in compliance. Past knowledge and experience have enabled him to have a proactive approach towards the health, safety and welfare within the UK located Company. His passion and enthusiasm go beyond the legal and moral duties required he naturally understands that health and safety is not an add on but a positive part of the company culture.
He has an engaging manner that takes his colleagues on a journey toward improved compliance, ensuring they are competent in their duties by introducing additional Courtley training, upskilling and mentoring his teams. Well done Peter!
