Selections for the following events will be taking place on this session, and will also be open to those who wish to get more mat time in preparation for selections at future events:

🔴 BKF International, 31st Aug & 1st Sept, 7 years + - Sheffield

🔴 EKF International, 7th & 8th September, 12 years +, 3rd Kyu and above - London

🔴 UK International, 14th September, 7 years + - Warwick

What a day at the Cumbria Open! Great progress seen today with many students rounding. Every student met or exceeded their own goals, showing our plans and their hard work is paying off.

Early start tomorrow with Tosia Harris and James Beards both competing at the Sh*to Ryu European Championships Day 1.

Today we completed our Coaches Briefing ✅ and European Sh*to Ryu General Meeting ✅ along with sightseeing around Regensburg, Germany 🇩🇪

Mingling with fellow European Squads….

Arrived in Munich yesterday, and took the train to Regensburg. The squad is well rested & ready to register for the European Sh*to Ryu Championship later today.

Rich & David have coaches briefings and a general assembly meeting to attend, ready for competition to begin at 9am tomorrow.

Sensei will be running a sessions from Hajime Hiro Dojo in North Wales.
