.Idn x Supper Club!

V v excited to say that on 9th August for one night and one night only, we're shutting the doors and breaking out the big long table with Netil Market's .Idn joining us south of the river for an Aperitivo and pasta supper club extravaganza.

They'll be bringing a summery menu of antipasti and fresh pasta (including their delicious ve-du-ya (veg Nduja) arancini balls) that'll pair perfectly with our These Days spritzes and the bar's aperitivo menu.

The price of your ticket gets you TWO FREE These Days Spritz, a welcome aperitivo snack, two antipasti, two fresh pasta mains and a desert, you can see the full menu on our link in bio.

This will be a set menu, will full access to the These Days bar of spritz, aperitifs, wine, beer etc.

So excited to finally get this properly going - our mini pastificio (pasta factory-kinda thing) and deli is now officially open!

If you’ve been down the market recently you’ll have noticed us scuttling out of the hut a bit more than usual… we’ve been hard at work getting this new unit ready for ya… and it’s going to be molto bene.

We’ll be serving up delicious salads and focaccia sandwiches by day and a range of negronis and spritzes by night.

Beyond that, there’ll be salumi, cheeses and misc. dry-store bits as well as our fresh pasta and ravioli for you to take home - easy dinner, sorted.

Last but not least, you’ll also be able to book the little tables out front. The beauty and the beast of the terrace, which has been booked out for past 2 months, is that it’s only for 6-10 guests... So we thought we should do smaller sittings outside the deli for 2-4 guests at a time. Now you smaller ad-hoc groups can give our set menu a whirl too 🥹

Our Roma-Lazio supper club set menu has landed, and it's a doozy!

We're bringing you the region's best dishes, from Supplì al Telefono (aka Rome's answer to Arancini, with extra oozy, stringy mozza) and sweet Maritozzi, to the holy trinity that is Carbonara, Cacio e Pepe and Amatriciana*. 

These really are the big hitters of Italy's pasta game. Undeniable classics, for good reason.

Mafaldine. Curiously curly lads these ones. Insane sauce catching ability, 10/10 on their top trump card. Pretty versatile too, probably 9/10, can handle almost any thickened of sauce IMO as they’ve got length, texture, surface area and ruffled little nooks and crannies.. What do you like your mafas with?

Funny little shape, these. Ruffle-edge spirally cones that catch plenty of sauce. Relatively versatile although won’t want to be paired with any sauces at the extreme ands of very thin or very chunky. We like them with pesto
