This is the organic waste we produced over the last 2 days and this is being turned into compost . This is roughly 30 kg of vegetable trimmings , most of it will have disappeared in a week time and in due time will be ready to have veggies growing.
New summery salad on the menu. Smashed cucumbers, rocket, soy and citrus sesame dressing, crispy onions and pickled chilli. Just waiting for the sun to make an appearance

That’s slaw, your usuall cabbage, carrots and onion stuff but this one has added fennel and kohlrabi. Add to this vegan Mayo, sriracha and some green stuff you have something well crunchy to go with your buns, or on his own. From tomorrow all the way to Monday at the beer merchant tap.
Lamb shoulder, whipped white beans, cucumber yoghurt, sweet and sour pepper salsa, tahini . Like a decent kebab but in a bun. Grab one while it last.
