Perfect for those colder months, Pici alla Norcina is a rich and creamy pasta dish, made with Porcini mushrooms and roasted Umbrian sausage, topped with Grana Padano and served with Pici; long, chewy pasta from Tuscany. A signature dish in our restaurants and a firm favourite from when we first opened our Greek Street restaurant over five years ago. ⁠

Indulge in a culinary delight with our Fried Ricotta & Herb Gnudi served on top of Calabrian Chilli Marmellata. These indulgent Tuscan dumplings, traditionally made with spinach & ricotta, get an elevated interpretation on our brand-new summer menu by blending ricotta with aromatic herbs. The Gnudi are then lightly fried until golden for the perfect melt-in-the-mouth experience. Served in threes, they are meant to be enjoyed with a good helping of tangy and slightly spicy marmellata to bring together the perfect balance of flavours from Calabria and Tuscany.
