St Ives Lodge Care Home

Lots of fun and laughter at St Ives Lodge with physical fitness therapy every morning, singing and dancing and enetertained by our lovely Siobhan Walsh. Not to forget Hydration mornings with a different special smoothie, mocktails, shake etc,,, all to encourgae hydration and keep residents well. These mocktails were amazing . 🍸🍹

What a wonderful bunch of friends Evelyn had , all came to celebrate her birthday , we could hear lots of laughs ❤️

What a busy summer we’ve had, BBQs , scrabble club Tuesday, lots of arts & crafts, Prize BINGO, dancing singing, physical activities with balloon games and using technology to watch ballet , musical’s. We’ve been to the coffee shops , Tea & Tunes , and so much more. We are so lucky to have fabulous staff that enjoy participating and meeting person centred needs to promote the wellbeing of residents .

We’ve had such a busy couple of weeks with a variety of activities meeting the needs of residents with scrabble club, knitting, Music Bingo, singing dancing with 3 fabulous singers on different days. Trips to Teas & Tunes, Cafe for tea and cake, walks to the shops, physical therapy, exercise and the list goes on , we have had so many laughs and still singing Our Song

What a busy couple of weeks St Ives Lodge has had , weekly BBQs , physical therapy with Chris and all the fab staff team. Tea & Tunes with lots of arts and crafts, singing dancing and of course songs &smiles with the babies. Lots of person centred activities and Veronica using the iPad to watch ballet, and Mr Ahmet using the iPad for reminiscence of his home town , he was so happy. Well done team ❤️❤️❤️

What a fabulous week we’ve had, lots of arts and crafts making summer flowers, garden party was wonderful and enjoyed by all. Today lots of residents went to the Zoo and had a lovely picnic , was all totally shattered when they arrived home please have a look at the lovely photos and video’s to follow ❤️

What a lovely day , our usual Thursday songs & smiles with the babies , a time Nothing better for memory and cognitive development for the young and elderly interacting together. Brings so many smiles especially the singing and touch.
