CANDIED LEMON PEEL!
Today my dessert is something different and hard to find in the UK. The candy lemon zest is a dessert that you can eat at every moment of your day! It is so juicy and sweet and if you want you can glaze half part with some dark chocolate for an amazing dessert!

My soufflés! Today I made three different types of soufflés! The first one is made with brandy and white chocolate, it's perfect for a cloudy winter day. The second one with dark chocolate and it's perfect with a cup of tea 🤤 and at least the third it's a savoury one made with cheddar and parmesan cheese!

A sensational French dessert made from puff pastry and stuffed with an almond frangipane very similar to Galette de Rois! It's sweet and delicate taste combined with external elegance will allow you to always make a great impression with your guests!
