Almost to my fundraising goal for . I'm cycling two events - Miles for MS 2024 where I pledged to ride 400 virtual miles during the month of May (I'm at 345 already) and Cycle for the Cause, an outdoor ride of 27 miles in London in September. Yesterday's ride by our Director Rob. He said the hills were a piece of p**s (just kidding he said they were brutal). But done!

Tomorrow Rob will do the London to Brighton bike ride (earworm alert: From Soho down to Brighton I must have played em all). 55 miles in the heat 🥵😆 He'll drink plenty of water. This is his jersey and #8031. Wish cool breezes for all the riders.

Fantastic Sunday ride through new parts of London - primarily along the CS6 - and met up with Harrynanne Clark and Let's Go Cycling folks for a coffee break and a portion of the ride.
