We are looking for a GM as our dearest Will moves on to new things. Will has been instrumental in building Lulu’s brilliant reputation since its inception two years ago.

We’re looking for a personable, charismatic candidate who feels confident leading a local restaurant. They’ll have a natural instinct in service – communicating effectively with the whole team; with experience of running smooth shifts in busy restaurants. Excellent wine and cocktail knowledge are essential.

As GM you’ll have brilliant organisational skills – ordering stock, writing rotas, understanding GPs and analysing KPIs. You’ll take the lead in training and recruitment and take great care in looking after your team and maintaining a supportive working environment.

We love a trier! We welcome AGMs looking to move up to GM. Effort and a willingness to learn is just as (more?) valuable.
