RoboReception has meant that whilst working remotely with the virtual receptionists, we've managed to fill 2 days in the diary after Easter Monday which I'd never have been able to do during the long weekend when the practice is closed.

Patients love the fact that this can all be done via email and WhatsApp and Dentally mail.

As a busy private practice we've always strived to answer every call or online enquiry promptly. RoboReception will allow us to deliver a better customer service and within TWO hours of going live yesterday, the remote TCO's took messages and answered queries whilst our Front of House was speaking with patients on the reception desk.

We are loving the collab with Grant and RoboReception and are now using them for their chatbot and CRM too!

Tooth whitening is a safe and effective way to immediately enhance the look of a smile.
The process involves oxidising the stains that have become intrinsic to the dental enamel. Using an electric toothbrush and having regular hygiene appointments will always help to prolong the effects of whitening, but it will typically require a top-up treatment every 12 months, which costs less than 1p a day.

We have always loved being serious Invisalign providers, but nothing is more important than protecting that result that was carefully achieved over a number of months.

Our patient moved out of area and lost her retainers, and we were able to use the digital scan of her teeth to 3D print a replacement set and post them out to her in less than a few days.

If you or your child participate in any form of contact sports, please understand that custom-made guards offer a far superior protection against dental trauma. Using our Itero digital scanner, you won't even need to have a gooey impression of your mouth, and we can store a permanent digital impresison instead.

Often combined with a hygiene appointment, air polishing is a treatment that can naturally whiten teeth, by blasting away extrinsic stains that have been caused by coffee, tea, red wine and ni****ne.

Invisalign and tooth whitening was performed to close spaces and improve the patient's bite.

When we opened New Smile in the middle of the pandemic we immediately sought out ways to improve the patient experience and increase the accuracy of our dental assessments. So our first big purchase was an Itero Elements scanner from Align tech (Invisalign).
Fast forward only 2 years and we have already invested in the latest model, the Itero 5D plus, which has already upgraded our ability to show our patients precisely what we see when we carry out a check up.
One of our favourite features is its ability to record, track and monitor the progression of common problems, such as overcrowding and tooth wear from grinding habits, as well as look through the enamel to detect cavities at a much earlier stage.

We converted this patient's nervous and unconfident smile into a poud beaming one, using Invisalign and tooth whitening.
